Location and access
The practice is located at 211 East 43rd St., Floor 6, Suites #641 and #636, New York, NY 10017. The building is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator. Please note the suite number on your appointment reminders so you go to the right office.
This building is our only location. Some public directories may incorrectly list the old Broadway or 37th Street locations.
When you get here
Once you arrive at the building, use the touchscreens at the ground floor security desk and enter “Andrew M. Triska” (or “TKO Suites” if you can’t find it) for the business name. Take the elevator to the 6th floor and follow the signs to either #641 or #636. Knock on the door at your scheduled appointment time.
If you’re early, you can wait in the waiting room at the 7th floor reception desk. There are bathrooms available on both the 6th and 7th floors; if you’re in need of a wheelchair accessible bathroom, ask the 7th floor receptionist for a key. Don’t knock before your scheduled appointment time, as an earlier client may be finishing up their appointment. Please don’t drop by without an appointment.
